Spa Parts + by Allied strives to offer you the highest level of service and quality. Our sales policies and procedures, written below, ensure smooth process and handling of your orders. Please note we do not sell directly to consumers. Our online store and our catalogue is intended for qualified spa technicians, spas dealers and pool & spas distributors.

 

Order online

This gives you the opportunity to see detailed pictures of the items you need, real-time pricing and current stock. This will also allow you to be able to receive e-mail with tracking numbers after your order ships. Keep track of your orders, part status, and account information on e-commerce. If you do not already have a user ID and password, please register for an account online or call our Customer Service Department to obtain this information. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for accuracy of orders placed online.

 

Order by phone

You may call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-237-9937. Our staff will help you identify what you need or offer suggestions for replacements on obsolete parts. If you need technical assistance, we have experienced repair technicians that can help you with wiring diagrams, technical manuals and any questions you may have..

Orders will be processed to ship by the next business day. You will receive a return email confirmation if you request one, if the item is not in stock or if there is a price discrepancy on the order.

 

Payments

If you don’t have an open account and a credit line with us, payments must be made by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. COD service is not available.

 

Pricing

Prices shown on our online store are suggested retail prices (MSRP) in US dollars. Discounted prices are displayed after login. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Discounts

You will receive a discount after your account application has been approved. You may contact our Customer Service department for your current discount at any time.

 

Special orders

If you request an item that is not offered in our catalogue, we will do our best to get it for you in the shortest delay possible. Simply contact us at 1-800-237-9937.  We will let you know the cost and lead time before processing your order. Special orders are final and cannot be returned or canceled.

 

Order cancelation

Order cancellation is subject to approval by Spa Parts by Allied. A 20% order cancellation fee will apply. Upon approval, material must be returned following our return procedure.
