Do you sell to the general public? I'm a spa owner and you have a part I need. Can you help me?

Spa Parts + By Allied sells only to Retailers, Manufacturers and Service Companies within the spa industry. If you are a hot tub owner and see something on our website that you need, you'll need to contact a local or online retailer that sells to the general public.

I'm a qualified professional in the Spa Industry. How do I register for an account?

Spa Parts + By Allied sells to Spa Industry Professionals. If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer, Wholesale Distributor, Dealer or Service Company "Click here" to begin the registration process. Once you've provided us with the required information about your company, we'll review your application. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email which guides you through setting up your password and logging into our website. Once logged in, you'll be able to search and order from the Spa Parts + By Allied website and our customer service and technical team will be available to assist you with your purchases and questions.

My login isn't working. What should I do?

Often times, login problems occur due to an inaccurate email address or password being used. Verify with your company administrator the correct email and password that was used to register and open the account. If there are multiple login accounts assigned to your company, contact your company administrator to verify that you are using the correct email and password. If you are the company administrator "Click Here" to reset your password. A password reset link will be sent to the email used to set up the account. (Note: Some browsers hold on to prior login information. The browser's cache may need to be cleared. The person who handles your computer system may need to be contacted) If completing a password reset does not work and you are still unable to log in to your account, "Contact Us" and someone will contact you shortly.

Your phone lines are really busy. Is there another way to contact someone quickly?

We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to get a hold of someone quickly. Our customer service team and technicians are trained to handle incoming calls as quickly and efficiently as possible, we do however experience a high volume of calls especially during our peak seasons, and wait times can be longer than usual. You can contact our customer service team by "Submitting a Request" or emailing us directly at spporders@spaparts.com. We have a team dedicated to handling electronic requests and questions, and someone will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Where can I find documentation for the parts you sell?

"Click here" to go to our documentation center. Click on the brand logo to find documentation related to your item. If you're having any trouble finding a specific technical document, "Submit a Request" for information, and our team will assist in locating the information or specific document that you need.

What are your available shipping methods? Can I use my own carrier account number?

We currently use USPS and FedEX for our domestic shipments, and FedEx international for our international shipments. Special shipping arrangements can be made for Large Truck Orders or Container Orders. At this time we are not set up to use customer specific 3rd party account numbers and shipping methods. This is something we are looking to implement in the future.

Can you provide a brief history of the company and the kinds of services the company provides? 

Allied Innovations was and still is a manufacturer of Len Gordon and Spa Builder products, injection molder and wholesale distributor for the hot water markets. Since 2003, our main focus has been to be the "one stop shop" for our customer base and to increase our presence for spa dealers and spa repair companies.

Can you talk about Allied’s acquisition of Spa Parts Plus? When and how did the acquisition transpire?

The acquisition was completed Jan 7, 2019.  Teaming up with Spa Parts Plus supports Allied’s plans for growth with a vision to become the global supplier of choice of parts for spa and hot tub professionals all around the world with a "3-way" high level value proposition: competitive offering, best customer service possible and largest parts inventory.

How will this acquisition benefit both Allied and Spa Parts customers? 

Both companies are better positioned to respond to our industry growing demands by sharing our strengths and capabilities. Customers will really benefit from our joint offerings.  Bigger team to honor that value proposition mentioned above, better customer and technical support, same day shipping on high moving or rare parts, competitive shipping rates due to combine volume are just a few examples.

What types of products does Allied offer for spa dealers? 

We carry all the name brands of our market, continue to offer a vast inventory, from high moving products to hard to find parts, and promote inventory for same day shipments.

What’s in store for Spa Parts + by Allied?

With our new website and our printed catalog coming this fall under our new signature, which preserves the Spa Parts Plus name while confirming the ownership of Allied Innovations, the value of both brands in the industry will be maintained and the synergy benefits will be clearly demonstrated to our customers.
