Spa Parts Plus Ltd. assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage from the improper use of malfunction of any part we sell. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as provided by the original manufacturer’s warranty. All returned products that are sent to Spa Parts Plus Ltd. will be examined as per the original manufacturer’s requirements.
