Digital Marketing Specialist.


ActivCarts is making a name for itself in the aftermarket replacement parts for the hot tub industry. Created in January 2019, following a merge between Allied Innovation and Spa Parts Plus, our E-Commerce platform operates multiple brands. Main responsibilities :

E Marketing:

  • SEO Support: SEO strategies, KPI tracking, monthly reports, etc. 

  • SEO Audits: Backlink, User experience, URL | Title | Meta | H1 | Images, etc. 

  • Google ads B2B and B2C digital campaigns planning, creation (brand awareness, product promo and acquisition) implementation, tracking and optimization.

  • B2B and B2C Google analytics data analysis, audiences, acquisitions, behavior, conversions

Social Networks:

  • Content writing and post publishing

  • Build, animate and grow social media communities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Social network ad campaigns planning, creation (brand awareness, product promo and acquisition) implementation, tracking and optimization.

B2B and B2C websites content:

  • Web design support B2B and B2C

  • Content & graphic design

Marketing Automatization:

  • eMail marketing automation to maximize customer awareness, experience and loyalty.

  • eMail content & graphic design

  • eMail targeting

  • Automation scripting

  • Campaign planning, creation (brand awareness, product promo and acquisition) implementation, tracking and optimization.

Planner - Scheduler.

Your new challenge as Planner - Scheduler

You will be responsible to oversee the demand, creating and adjusting accordingly manufacturing orders for assigned product lines to assure shipping right product and quantity at the right time. The Production Scheduler work closely with multiple departments to ensure the completions of the schedule and keep the material flow to achieve the company goals.

Daily tasks :

  • Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels and work closely with production manager to assign resources.

  • Manage deadlines based on project expectations: maintain precise dates of completion for manufacturing orders on the ERP system.

  • Evaluate suppliers or quality, timeliness and match according to goals.

  • Monitor material supply flow and inventory to identify appropriate actions to ensure minimal shortages and/or bottleneck in production.

  • Forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and industry trends.

  • Address issues regarding quality and production.

  • Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.

  • Promote and develop positive communication with customer service team to improve OT delivery to the customer.


 

Education/Certificate :

Minimum: High School diploma with relevant experience as Production Scheduler or Planner

Asset: Experience as Buyer

Minimum experience:

5 years in similar role or operations/supply chain, combine with a High School diploma

OR

3 years in similar role as Production Scheduler or operations/supply chain, combine with a Bachelor’s/College’s degree


 

Required Skills (Interpersonal and technical) for Planner - Scheduler

  • Highly efficient in a fast pace environment

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Excellent communication skills as Production Planner/Buyer

  • Detail oriented, independent thinking and self-starter

  • Strong computer skills (e.g., advanced level on Excel English required, but Speaking Spanish is a strong asset

  • Job Type: Full-time
