Ken Mills - Technical Service Representative
Ken comes to Spa Parts with 5 Years of experience as a Spa Service Technician, having completed training at one of the largest Spa Manufactures. He also worked as an electrician during the housing "Boom" here in Arizona. His knowledge of both aspects of these industries combined with his Great Attitude and Disposition has made him a key player in a short time. Outside of work Ken enjoys Music, Cars, his three children and "Hanging-Out" with his grandson.

Lynn Brundage - Customer Service Representative
Lynn joined Spa Parts Plus in 2000. She brings with her more than 6 years of spa service and maintenance experience. Lynn currently oversees several key accounts and processes all of our international shipments. Lynn is dedicated to taking care of the customer's and providing them timely, accurate and helpful answers, no matter how challenging the question.

Rick Hackerott - Controller
Rick Hackerott, Controller worked in financial management in the transportation industry for over ten years prior to joining Spa Parts Plus in 2002. He received a double Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from California State University Dominguez Hills. He has experience in overseeing financial reporting, auditing, human resources, IT and the management of accounting staffs. He is responsible for these areas of the company, and he works with others on the senior managment team in corporate guidance.

Rob Gonzales - Customer Service Representative
Rob joined Spa Parts Plus in 2002, starting out in the shipping and receiving department. Rob quickly worked his way up to a lead position and was instrumental in helping us get our Memphis Facility get stocked up. With Rob's personality and his commitment to customer service he is a Natural Fit to the Sales Team and is a key player. Outside of work Rob enjoys time with his wife and two children and has a keen interest in Sports.

Scott Harker - Technical Support Representative
Scott has been with Spa Parts Plus since 2002. Scott has been involved in many areas of Spa Parts Plus including but not limited to working with Stingl Products, Customer Service, Technical Support and currently assisting the Repair and Returns Department. Scott's ability to learn all functions of our company has made him a valuable resource for his peers.

Taire Lynch - Sales Manager
Taire Lynch, Sales Manager, has years of experience in Customer Service, Inventory and Warehouse Distribution. Taire joined Spa Parts Plus in 2004 after 13 years with Ace Hardware Distribution Center in Prescott Valley Arizona. Taire currently oversees the Sales Department and merchandising programs.

Tamie Faulk - Senior Customer Service Representative
Tamie began her career at Spa Parts Plus in 1997. She has worked in many areas of the company including Marketing and Trade Show Coordinator/Hostess, returns and is currently a Senior Sales Representative. Her extensive knowledge of parts makes her an invaluable member of the sales team. Tamie also assists on the technical support line during our busy season.

Willie Wise - Technical Solutions Manager
Willie began his career in Electronics and Electrical maintenance in 1981 with the U.S. Navy. Since that time he has worked in many facets of the electronics industry. Willie joined Spa Parts Plus in 1994 as the Repair Center Supervisor. As the current Technical Solutions Manager, he is responsible for the Repair Department, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Training.
Willie lives in Chino Valley Arizona on a small, rural horse property with his wife Marie, daughter Bonnie Rose and son Kevin. Willie is active in the Sheriff’s Posse mounted search and rescue organization. He enjoys horses and Rodeo and often competes in local events.

Danielle Noonan – Customer Service Representative
Having relocated from California, Danielle is attending Yavapai Community College here in Prescott Arizona. Her past sales background lends itself to our customer service department here at SPP.

Dave Sanchez – Financial Accounting Manager
A native of Tucson, Dave brings an intensive varied accounting background to Spa Parts Plus. Having spent most of his years in construction, Dave joined the SPP family in 2003. Go “CATS” as he is known as having attended the University of Arizona. He manages the daily functions of the accounting department as well as overseeing the general ledger up to and including full financial statements. He also assists in the IT area and works with management on financial projects as needed. Dave offers competency in accounting, IT, shipping, and inventory control.
“Customer service means helping the customer by answering or finding the answer to any questions they may have, solving any issues they may have, and easing the rectifying their concerns regarding our company”.

Wade Ford – Accounts Payable
Originally from Colorado, this RAM graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Having joined Spa Parts Plus 2005, Wade’s primary responsibility is accounts payable however he handles payroll and human resources also. Rounding out the department, Wade also assists in accounts receivable and IT.

Denise Dorsey – Collections Specialist
Denise started at Spa Parts Plus in 2000. She originally handled Pinnacle and Stingl Products administratively and for accounting. Denise is the famous “all-around” employee having worked in sales, shipping, marketing, advertising and accounting. She currently is the collections specialist but, handles all facets of the accounting department up to the general ledger. She is our in-house “go-to” person for accounting, sales, IT and everything customer related. Denise is an avid supporter of our ESOP and has won multiple company and regional employee owner awards. As an SPP owner she represented the Western United States at the national ESOP employee owner contest in Washington D.C.!

Keith Brundage – Technical Customer Service
Keith started with SPP back in 2000. He has been in the pool and spa industry since 1987 having worked all brand names such as Watkins, Cal Spa, Caldera, Coleman, LA Spas, Mr. Spa, Leisure Bay, Master Spas, and Sundance. Keith has a high level of competency in control systems such as Compool, Jandy, Hayward PS-8, Intermatic, and Balboa. He has completed numerous courses specific to the pool and spa industry and continues to stay educated in the field.
